Congratulations to Salesforce’s 40 Under 40 Honorees

Every year the Indianapolis Business Journal publishes a list of the top 40 professionals under the age of 40 in the Indianapolis area. We’re thrilled to share that two of Salesforce’s own made the 2020 list: Kai Johnson, Corporate Marketing Manager, and Meggie Dials, Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales.

Kai has been with Salesforce for more than five years, and has made many contributions to the company, overseeing development programs in Salesforce’s central cities. In her role, Kai has helped open up new employment and professional development opportunities to students at Indianapolis Public Schools. She is also the president of BOLDforce, Salesforce’s employee resource group for Black employees, where she helps elevate and develop employees of color. You can read more about Kai here.

Meggie came to Salesforce through the acquisition of ExactTarget in 2013. She demonstrated her value early on and was promoted to RVP shortly after, becoming one of the first women to hold an RVP title in Indianapolis. Last year, she was tapped to deliver a keynote at Salesforce’s Boston World Tour, highlighting the benefits of Marketing Cloud. She is also passionate about coaching and developing her team. Not only do the honorees on this list show initiative and leadership qualities, but they also demonstrate high potential to achieve success in the future.
