Laboratoires Pierre Fabre Selects Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement to Transform Medical and Dermo-Cosmetic Care

CASTRES, France, and SAN FRANCISCO — May 21, 2026 — Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, a major global pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics company based in France, has selected Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement for its more than 4,000 internal users to harmonize its commercial processes across its prescription drug and dermo-cosmetic business lines into a single platform as “One CRM.”
Building on an existing foundation of Agentforce Service and Data 360, the French company is expanding its Salesforce footprint to break down existing silos between its medical and dermo-cosmetics (OTC) businesses, including global brands such as Eau Thermale Avène or Klorane. The Agentforce 360 Platform will serve as its single, next-generation operating system covering all medical and point-of-sale (POS) related processes across the organization’s global operations. This harmonized and regulation-compliant approach will help to ensure consistent and personalized engagement across channels and improve healthcare experiences and access.
- Omni-Channel Synergy: Powered by Data 360 and Agenforce Marketing, the company will gain holistic stakeholder views for AI-guided engagement and synchronized interactions across medical and dermo-cosmetics, facilitating personalized journeys for HCPs, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and pharmacies alike.
- Personalized Medical Engagement: Agentforce Life Sciences will coach, prepare, and log healthcare visits, updating records to maintain compliance and help to reduce the administrative burden on medical science liaisons (MSLs) and med reps. Through improved content alignment with clinical expectations and a more consistent physical and digital experience, Pierre Fabre aims to improve HCP satisfaction by up to 20%.
- Optimized Retail Execution: Agentforce 36O for Life Sciences will help to boost sell-in, maximize sell-out, and drive POS excellence, including rebates, vouchers, and discounting, worldwide. With automated and accurate order management, the dermo-cosmetics leader will improve both care experiences and revenue, taking into account the complexities of country-specific sales rules and pricing structures.
Marie-Andrée Gamache, CEO of Pierre Fabre Pharma, explained: “Salesforce will enable us to have a truly customer-centric view by bringing together our two businesses onto a single platform. We will be realizing our vision of a truly harmonized, next-generation operating system. This transformation will allow our teams to act as one cohesive health and dermo-cosmetic player, whether engaging a specialist on oncology therapies or a pharmacist on our dermo-cosmetic products. We chose Agentforce Life Sciences because it provides the robust, proven, and flexible foundation required to simplify our operations while supporting the unique complexity of our global, dual-business model.”
Emilie Sidiqian, CEO of Salesforce France, added: “We are delighted to partner with Laboratoires Pierre Fabre on this enterprise-wide commercial transformation. This collaboration underscores Agentforce Life Science’s market leadership and commitment to delivering the innovative, industry-specific solutions required to meet the evolving needs of global sciences companies. We are proud to provide Laboratoires Pierre Fabre with the trusted platform to break down data silos, enhance customer engagement, and further their mission of improving human health and well-being through their unique blend of prescription medicine and consumer care.”
