More than 185,000 users are putting Coworker to work, with companies including The Adecco Group, Fulton Bank, and BACA Systems expanding adoption across their businesses.
New capabilities make Coworker smarter, more proactive, and available wherever employees work — from Microsoft Teams to mobile and desktop.
Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the world’s #1 AI CRM, today announced a major expansion of Agentforce Coworker, bringing new AI capabilities, deeper business context, and new experiences across Microsoft Teams, mobile, and desktop — building on 21x growth in usage in just three months. With reusable Skills, employees can rely on proven workflows instead of starting from scratch or wondering whether AI will get the job right. Conversation History lets them pick up where they left off, while upcoming scheduled tasks keep work moving without constant follow-up. New predictable pricing at $50 per user per month, pricing is simple and predictable, which makes it easier for enterprises to expand adoption with confidence.
Built on decades of customer relationships, business processes, and trusted enterprise data, Coworker puts the full power of Salesforce to work from day one. Drawing on existing Salesforce records, business metadata, and connected data through Data 360, it brings together specialized Agentforce agents and workflows to help employees get meaningful work done. Customers can get started in minutes, with the security, permissions, and governance they already trust—and now bring that power into the tools they use every day.
Give it a job; Agentforce Coworker helps get it done
Agentforce Coworker is Salesforce’s AI teammate that helps employees delegate business work using trusted Salesforce context. Instead of navigating multiple applications or figuring out which Agentforce agents to use, employees can start with the job they need done.
Coworker helps plan the steps, coordinate the right Agentforce agents and workflows, and bring back results and recommended actions for review.
For example, a seller can ask Coworker to investigate an at-risk renewal. Coworker can help pull together relevant service history, identify unresolved cases, prepare customer follow-up, and coordinate supported actions across the appropriate agents and workflows.
And because Coworker already knows existing Salesforce data, metadata, and permissions, customers can begin putting it to work without starting from scratch.
“The next era of enterprise AI isn’t about giving users more agents to manage,” said James Nakashima, SVP, Product Management, Salesforce. “It’s about giving them one Coworker that brings the right agents together to get work done. What makes this powerful for Salesforce customers is that Coworker starts with their business context, works within the security and permissions they already trust, and can be up and running in minutes. That’s how we make AI practical for every user.”
Built for the way enterprises work
Getting real business work done requires more than an intelligent model. It requires relevant customer information, business processes, and the ability to take appropriate action within established controls.
Coworker brings these capabilities together through Salesforce.
It can draw on existing Salesforce customer relationships, records, metadata, and supported connected data sources, including Data 360. It can coordinate supported Agentforce agents, flows, and business actions to help employees complete multi-step assignments.
Moreover, Coworker is designed to operate within Salesforce’s established security and governance framework, using applicable employee permissions, sharing rules, and configured access controls. Organizations can manage access to supported agents and actions, with approval and audit capabilities available for supported operations.
For Salesforce customers, this means they can start with the business foundation they’ve already built rather than beginning with a separate AI implementation.
What’s new today
Delegate without leaving Microsoft Teams. Coworker now meets employees where their work day happens. Hand it a job in a Teams conversation, and it brings the same Salesforce context, permissions, and governance, coordinates the right Agentforce agents, and turns the conversation into action without switching apps. A seller can delegate a deal review, and a service manager can have it dig into an escalation, right from a chat.
See the whole customer story. Customer details live in more places than the CRM. With new Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 connections, Coworker pairs the email, calendars, and files around every account with Salesforce data. A meeting brief or a renewal plan reflects the complete customer story, not just what’s in the CRM.
Work from any device. New iOS, Mac, and Windows apps keep work moving at the desk or on the go. Delegate a job from your laptop, track its progress from your phone, and review results and approve actions from any device.
Pick up where you left off. With Conversation History, you can continue a conversation without starting over, across Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and the new apps. Start a job in the morning and come back to it from another device, with the context intact.
Turn know-how into the team’s standard. With Skills, a proven workflow becomes a one-line request anyone on the team can run. A top rep’s renewal playbook, for example, becomes how the whole team runs renewals.
Work that keeps going. Starting in December, scheduled tasks handle recurring work, so results are waiting when you return. Daily Digest greets you each morning with your top priorities, so you know where to focus before you open your inbox.
Predictable pricing. A new $50 per-user, per-month option makes Coworker easier to budget as adoption grows. Teams can start small, measure the value, and expand with confidence.
From rapid adoption to real business impact
From financial services to professional services and manufacturing, organizations are deploying Coworker quickly and finding practical ways to use it across their teams.
Fulton Bank: From zero to 20+ production use cases in weeks. Fulton Bank deployed more than 20 Coworker use cases supporting approximately 3,000 users.
“Agentforce Coworker has been a game changer for Fulton Bank. We’re already seeing substantial daily usage and real examples of how Coworker is helping teammates find information faster, prepare more effectively, and move work forward,” said Brandon Bernard, Senior Vice President/Sales Technology Strategist, Fulton Bank
The Adecco Group: Bringing business context into everyday work. Adecco is expanding Coworker across 40 countries, helping employees access relevant candidate and client information when it matters.
“The launch of Agentforce Coworker means our teams have access to a single interface that understands candidate history and client context precisely when human judgment matters most,” said Denis Machuel, CEO, The Adecco Group
BACA Systems: Getting started in 20 minutes. BACA enabled Coworker in an environment with 1,300 custom objects and began using it to answer questions that previously required extensive manual searching.
“It answered questions that just yesterday would have been 45–60 mins of swivel-chairing between screens and systems,” said Andrew Russo, VP of Business Systems, BACA Systems
Together, these examples demonstrate the potential for enterprises to adopt Coworker quickly, make existing business information more accessible, and put specialized AI capabilities into everyday workflows.
