Adam Evans is the EVP & GM of Salesforce AI. He began his career in healthcare decision support and financial planning, later joining Palantir, where he founded the health division.
At Palantir, he collaborated with major government entities on disease tracking and bioterrorism response with emergency operation centers. Adam went on to found RelateIQ,
focused primarily on enhancing the seller's experience with AI, RelateIQ was acquired by Salesforce in 2014 and continued work to launch Einstein. Adam then founded Airkit, focusing on automating customer self-service, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2023. He now leads AI efforts at Salesforce, including Agentforce, driving new product initiatives
and delivering transformative agents that accelerate success for Salesforce customers and Salesforce’s customer’s customers.
