Alexandra (Ally) Legend Siegel is Senior Vice President and Chief Equality Officer at Salesforce where she leads the company’s global equality strategy.

Ally is a seasoned equality leader with nearly a decade of experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. She is a founding member of Salesforce’s Office of Equality, where she established the company’s first equality trainings, reimagined inclusive hiring and promotion processes, launched career programs, instituted industry inclusive marketing principles, and helped create a framework to drive racial equality and justice. She also led the company’s Equality Group strategy, drawing from her previous experience as a global president of BOLDforce, Salesforce’s Black employee resource group.

Previously, Ally served as Vice President and Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) - Talent, at Expedia Group. In this role, she drove D&I transformation within the company and travel industry by designing inclusive talent processes, enablement, and content.

In 2018, she was named among Business Insider’s 30 and Under Rising Stars in Tech for her impact and nominated for AdColor's Change Agent Award for her work defining industry-wide inclusive marketing principles.

Ally currently serves as a board member for Big Brother Big Sister Bay Area, helping youth achieve their full potential through mentorship, and as the Executive in Residence for Mills College at Northeastern, providing coaching for students and university leaders on technology careers and fostering inclusion on campus.
