Brian Millham is President and COO at Salesforce where he leads Global Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Alliances & Channels, Marketing, Employee Success, and Business Technology. He plays a pivotal role in shaping company strategy and driving operational excellence, including overseeing Salesforce’s global transformation efforts to maximize efficiency and fuel growth.

Brian has been at Salesforce for more than 23 years and has held a variety of executive leadership roles. He most recently served as Chief Customer Success Officer and COO, Global Distribution from 2018 to 2022, during which time he played a key role in driving Salesforce's growth to meet customer demand. Brian is widely credited with helping to build the company's sales team into one of the most respected organizations in the technology industry.

After beginning his career at Oracle, Brian worked at Remedy Corporation, where he was responsible for leading the global alliances team.

Brian serves on the board of Newsela, an education technology company, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley.
