Lori Castillo Martinez is Executive Vice President of Performance & Workforce Innovation at Salesforce where she leads the company’s talent strategy, including onboarding, talent mobility, workforce innovation, transformation, leadership development, and upskilling.
Lori helps Salesforce’s global workforce succeed in the age of AI, ensuring that talent is evolving with the pace of innovation. This includes deploying more efficient processes and organizational structures that drive better business performance and provide every worker with the resources and opportunities to grow their career at Salesforce. Lori also spearheads integral programs that focus on skill building and internal career development.
Previously, Lori served as Salesforce's Chief Equality Officer, where she implemented equity-focused strategies that enhanced decision-making and fostered a more inclusive culture, contributing to measurable improvements in employee engagement and diverse representation. Prior to that, she led as Salesforce's Head of Global Employee Relations and Equality, driving the integration of people and equality initiatives to accelerate organizational alignment and performance.
Before joining Salesforce, Lori spent nearly a decade at McKesson where she created the first enterprise-wide strategy, processes and systems for key legal, ethics, and regulatory risk areas. Lori serves on the boards of How Women Lead, a community of women executives working to redefine female leadership, and LifeMoves, a nonprofit focused on ending homelessness in the Bay Area.
