Lori Castillo Martinez is Executive Vice President, Talent Growth and Development at Salesforce where she leads the company’s talent life cycle strategy from onboarding to alumni.

In her role, Lori helps Salesforce’s global workforce shape their careers, with a focus on succession planning, learning and development, skill building, and internal careers for Salesforce’s global employees. She is passionate about helping individuals with diverse perspectives and backgrounds take on new challenges and chart new career paths.

Previously, Lori served as Salesforce's Chief Equality Officer, where she helped increase global representation and create a more inclusive culture through equity-focused processes and approaches. Prior to her time as Chief Equality Officer, she served as the head of Global Employee Relations and Equality — a role uniquely designed as a way to accelerate and integrate people and equality initiatives at Salesforce, guided by employees.

Before joining Salesforce, Lori spent nearly a decade at McKesson where she created the first enterprise-wide strategy, processes and systems for key legal, ethics, and regulatory risk areas.

Lori serves on the boards of How Women Lead, a community of women executives working to redefine female leadership, and LifeMoves, a nonprofit focused on ending homelessness in the Bay Area.
