Srini Tallapragada is President and Chief Engineering and Customer Success Officer at Salesforce. He leads the global engineering teams responsible for delivering Salesforce’s unified platform, applications, infrastructure, and security, as well as the company’s customer success and professional services teams – driving global adoption of Agentforce, Salesforce’s digital labor platform.

Srini has spent more than a decade at Salesforce delivering industry-leading product and platform innovations, including Lightning, Einstein, Hyperforce, and Data Cloud. Since 2012, he has served as President, Chief Engineering Officer, EVP, and SVP of Engineering, before assuming his current role in 2025. Prior to joining Salesforce, Srini held roles at Oracle and SAP leading the development of core enterprise software applications.

Srini serves on the board of directors of GoDaddy. He holds a PGDM from XLRI in Jamshedpur, India, and a BTech in computer science from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Warangal, India.
