Across the board, they all share the same goals — ‌to innovate and achieve significant efficiency gains, while controlling costs. With Agentforce, companies of all sizes can do exactly that — starting with experimenting with different use cases, delivering real ROI fast, and then scaling their success. 

Here are some examples. 

Media company Grupo Globo deployed agents to identify subscribers at risk of lapsing, offer personalized upgrades, cross-sell, and convert non-subscribers. As a result, Agentforce boosted Globo’s retention rates by 22% in less than three months.

Facing a surge of requests during tax season, 1-800Accountant deployed Agentforce to deliver consistently fast, accurate, 24/7 support. Because Agentforce is integrated with Data Cloud, it can reason across client data — including audit logs and support history — as well as trusted public sources like the IRS website to provide quick, personalized answers — no phone calls or hold times needed. Agentforce autonomously resolved 70% of administrative chat engagements during the 2025 tax season, and the company is looking at significant cost savings in seasonal hiring next year. 

Falabella, the Latin American retail conglomerate, wanted to build an agent to make WhatsApp the dominant channel for its customer service interactions. After months of limited progress, Falabella turned to Agentforce — and launched it in just over two months. In just three weeks, WhatsApp usage surged from less than 50% to over 70%. Now, Falabella is looking to scale Agentforce across sales, marketing, and commerce.

From experimentation to expansion 

Once customers see the value of digital labor, they look to expand their use of digital agents to more users, greater workloads, and new use cases. In fact, 30% of Agentforce’s Q1 new bookings came from existing Agentforce customers. 

Take OpenTable. As one of the first Agentforce customers, OpenTable deployed autonomous agents to handle inquiries from restaurant partners more effectively, increasing productivity and resolution rates. Now, the company has rolled out Agentforce to diners. In just a few weeks, OpenTable’s AI agent has handled tens of thousands of conversations that would have otherwise required human support. Agentforce and Service Cloud have transformed OpenTable’s customer service, delivering a seamless and efficient experience for diners and restaurants.

Making it easy to deploy and expand

We’ve introduced hundreds of pre-built agent templates across dozens of industries, making it even faster and easier for customers to deploy digital labor. As a result, we’re seeing digital labor adoption in fields like marketing, commerce, IT, and beyond. Case in point, reMarkable has gone live with a second agent that handles internal IT support right in Slack. It’s currently exploring additional agent use cases for marketing, commerce, and more. 

We also introduced flexible pricing for Agentforce to meet customer demand for a consumption-based model that aligns costs with AI outcomes. This new approach enables teams to start small, experiment flexibly with different use cases, and then easily expand across their entire enterprise.
