Ryan Atallah is an applied AI and software engineering leader at Salesforce. He was formerly the co-founder of Spindle AI, acquired in 2025 by Salesforce, where his portfolio currently includes self-optimization, simulation, continual learning, and recursive self-improvement (RSI) for Agentforce. Mr. Atallah previously dropped out of Stanford University to co-found ClearGraph, a natural language analytics engine, acquired by Tableau in 2017. At Tableau, he led the development of natural language analytics technology Ask Data, now known as Tableau AI, prior to Tableau’s acquisition by Salesforce. He is also a member of the Forbes Finance Council.
