NBCUniversal’s Advertising and Partnerships Division Expands Integrations with Salesforce

NBCUniversal’s Advertising and Partnerships division has selected Salesforce’s Customer 360 Platform to deliver a single source of truth for its multi-billion dollar advertising business. Salesforce technology will help NBCU to achieve a 360-degree view across its ecosystem to give its clients and agency partners increased transparency, and enable its teams to collaborate more effectively while working from anywhere.

According to NBCUniversal’s announcement: “The Salesforce partnership will democratize resources from insights to product knowledge, as well as provide new options to help teams collaborate…Real-time access to more information will provide NBCUniversal’s partners an open, accountable structure, helping to tailor solutions and campaigns, understand audiences, and measure impact.”
