Forrester Research has positioned Salesforce as a leader in its report, The Forrester Wave™: Healthcare CRM Providers, Q1 2020. Salesforce Health Cloud was the highest scoring vendor in the Strategy category, and received the highest possible scores in the criteria of Customer Success, Partner Ecosystem, Product Vision, Social Determinants of Health Data, Data Exchange and Connection to Community Resources.
