Salesforce Opens Applications Process for Workforce Development Program

Three years ago, we created the Pathfinder Training Program in collaboration with Deloitte to train the next generation of Trailblazers. What started as a small pilot program in Indianapolis, has since become a global initiative with graduates landing roles as Salesforce administrators and developers at top employers.

With 275 people who have graduated from the program, we’re excited to begin a new cohort in the Bay Area this spring. We’re looking for 100 individuals for our Spring and Summer programs, who are eager to get the training and certifications needed to land a job in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Starting today, we’re accepting applications from veterans, and we’re proud to partner with City College of San Francisco, the Peralta Community College District and Los Medanos College to help identify high potential students for the program.
