Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Doti, an agentic enterprise search company. The acquisition will bring Doti’s world-class talent to Salesforce, strengthening its AI R&D hub in Israel, and accelerating the development of unified, agentic search and knowledge discovery for customers.
The Doti team’s expertise will build on Salesforce’s powerful enterprise search foundation to advance a unified, agentic search layer across the platform. With Slack as the conversational interface for this new capability, Salesforce will empower humans and AI agents to collaborate as teammates – surfacing connected data, insights, and actions from across the enterprise.
“Doti’s expertise fast-tracks our vision to reinvent enterprise search across Salesforce,” said Denise Dresser, CEO of Slack. “Together, we’re transforming how every employee finds, understands, and acts on information, through the power of AI and most importantly the conversational context that lives in Slack.”
“Since day one, our mission has been to transform how knowledge workers interact with information, making enterprise data instantly accessible and actionable,” said Matan Cohen, Co-Founder and CEO, Doti. “Joining Salesforce and its AI R&D hub in Israel gives us the global scale and resources to realize this vision faster. We are incredibly excited to build the future of agentic work alongside the Slack team at Salesforce.”
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
