Salesforce just announced the Winter ’20 Release is now available to customers globally.
The Winter ‘20 Release includes 300+ new innovations, such as:
- Manufacturing Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud
- A new Salesforce mobile app
- Customer 360 Data Manager
- Salesforce Content Management System
Many of these product innovations — 38 to be exact — stemmed from customer ideas submitted via Salesforce IdeaExchange.
