Salesforce Opens New Stockholm Office, Boosting AI Innovation and Accelerating the Agentic Enterprise

Stockholm Office Announcement

The company expanded its Swedish office to four times the size

Salesforce opened a new office in Stockholm, continuing its investment across Northern Europe amid the region’s accelerating AI adoption.

Why it matters: Salesforce has been active in Sweden for more than two decades and has built a strong ecosystem of partners and customers across Northern Europe, including reMarkable and Finnair. As Agentforce adoption surges globally, Salesforce is expanding its footprint in the region to help local businesses on their journey to becoming Agentic Enterprises.

Driving the news: Salesforce celebrated the official opening of its new office on December 11, welcoming customers, partners, employees, and community members into its new space for a day filled with celebration, connection, and giving back.

At the grand opening event, the company demonstrated:

  • Strategic Growth. Salesforce continues to grow its operations across Northern Europe as companies in the region are increasingly turning to Salesforce to accelerate their AI transformation.
  • The Workplace of the Future. The new space, located at Sveavägen 20, is a reflection of the company’s approach to real estate, which is focused on more flexible, efficient, and multifunctional workplaces — suitable for today’s hybrid work culture.
  • Agentforce Sweden Nonprofit Hackathon. During the event, three finalist teams (Save the Children Sweden, Majblomman, and Hundstallet) presented their innovative solutions for how they can use AI agents to improve their operations and better focus on their missions.
    • Majblomman, a nonprofit children’s rights organization, was crowned the winner for its innovative agent that autonomously handles requests for financial aid, allowing its volunteers to focus on more mission-critical tasks. They were awarded SEK 150,000 to build their Agentforce vision.

We are not just building a workplace; we are creating a hub for innovation that will inspire the next generation of Swedish technology leaders.

Sven Nordquist, Country Leader, Salesforce Sweden

What they’re saying:

  • “After 21 years in Sweden, we are only seeing the beginning of what is possible. This new office on Sveavägen represents not only our commitment to the Swedish market but also our vision for the future — a future where AI and human creativity collaborate to create extraordinary results. We are not just building a workplace; we are creating a hub for innovation that will inspire the next generation of Swedish technology leaders.” — Sven Nordquist, Country Leader, Salesforce Sweden.
  • “This new office is a strategic investment that reinforces our deep commitment to the Nordics — a region experiencing rapid digital transformation. Our vision for real estate is to create the right places that accelerate growth and empower humans, agents, and robots to work alongside one another in the Agentic Enterprise era. This strategically designed space will bring together our employees, customers, partners, and community members, accelerating the transformation of Nordic businesses into Agentic Enterprises.” — Relina Bulchandani, EVP, Real Estate and Workplace Services, Salesforce

Between the lines: We are actively investing in key global hubs that are driving AI innovation, like Mexico and the United Kingdom, and opening new offices in cities like Mexico City and Amsterdam to expand our global footprint and drive future growth.
