Suzanne DiBianca is the Executive Vice President and Chief Impact Officer at Salesforce, where she leads the company’s global impact strategy, including corporate relations, sustainability, and integrating social and environmental responsibility into the company’s core operations. A trailblazer in corporate impact, Suzanne is helping define what it means to lead with purpose in the AI era, championing innovation, investing in transformative solutions, and shaping policies to ensure AI is developed responsibly and equitably.

She also oversees Salesforce’s global philanthropy efforts, focusing on climate action and education. Under her leadership, Salesforce supports nonprofits and schools on the frontlines of change, scaling bold climate solutions and expanding access to AI literacy and tools for educators and young people to help shape a more sustainable future for all.

A 25-year Salesforce veteran, Suzanne co-founded the Salesforce Foundation and Salesforce.org, helping pioneer the 1-1-1 model of corporate philanthropy, now embraced by over 20,000 companies. Her leadership has expanded Salesforce’s impact to 50,000 nonprofits and higher ed institutions, supporting millions of students through STEM programs. She also led initiatives like the Salesforce Ventures Impact Fund and Salesforce Military.

Suzanne serves on multiple councils for the United Nations and the World Economic Forum. She is a board director and trustee at the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation, and board director at JGI. Suzanne is also a Senior Advisor to Lightrock, and on the Advisory Board at South Pole. She has been recognized on TIME's inaugural 100 Most Influential Climate Leaders in Business 2023 list. Suzanne holds a degree in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
