The value of research and insights on supporters of nonprofit organisations has grown in recent times. With the goal of building their supporter relationships, charities focused on really knowing their community and personalising experiences saw greater success.
But none of this would have been possible without research and insight. The Fundraising Convention Online 2021 Supporter Insight and Research Track focused on the value of both, exploring where to start, different approaches and their merits, and how to get it right across nine expert-led sessions. As we begin 2022, it’s time to look back and take stock of which insights we can learn from and how we can carry those lessons into the future.
