SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — January 25, 2006 — Salesforce.com [NYSE: CRM], the technology and market leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM), today announced that saleforce.com Chairman and CEO Marc Benioff was named one of CRN's Five People to Watch in 2006 part of their annual "20 To Watch" issue. Under Benioff's leadership, Salesforce.com sales jumped "an eye-popping 78 percent to $82.7 million in the third quarter'" the magazine said.
