I’ve built my career on a strong foundation in analytics and data governance. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to lead projects across a variety of industries—designing and implementing analytics solutions, managing teams, and developing strategies to help organisations work smarter and scale effectively.

At Salesforce, I’ve worked on initiatives like Agentforce, where we’re rethinking how AI can elevate customer support through better knowledge management and integration. I’m especially passionate about building AI responsibly—making sure it fits seamlessly with the people, processes, and technologies already in place.

I stay connected to my community through mentorship, working with high school students on AI and robotics projects to inspire innovation and develop leadership skills. These initiatives have been a meaningful way for me to give back and inspire the next generation of innovators.
