My background
Karishma Lalwani is a Senior Director of Product Management for Platform Scalability Products.
My expertise
I lead the development of our scalability products portfolio. Before transitioning into product management, I worked as a technical architect leader and advisor to some of our largest customers, guiding them in implementing CRM solutions. I hold a B.E. in Computer Science from Mumbai University and am proud to be one of the few women in the Salesforce ecosystem to earn the Certified Technical Architect credential.
When I'm not working
I enjoy taking my kids to the beach, spending time writing poetry, and participating in social and emotional learning forums for young kids.
