Delhi Dreamin’ 2026
In the Agentic Enterprise, the ultimate competitive advantage is human talent.
Today, we are entering a new era where AI is not just a tool, but a teammate. Delhi Dreamin’ 2026 marked a pivotal moment where the Trailblazers gathered at DAIC, New Delhi, to redefine the future of work beyond simple automation. Under the theme- Humans & AI Agents Conference, the event highlighted the ability to confidently collaborate with AI agents to unlock large-scale business impact.
As a premium community-led “Dreamin'” event, Delhi Dreamin’ serves a vital mission to inspire, connect, and empower the vibrant Salesforce community of Delhi NCR. These events are created exclusively by Trailblazer Community members, providing a unique space for attendees to learn from peers, build their Salesforce network, and give back.
To explore how this local collaboration scales into Enterprise Agency, we spoke with Naga Kiran Manyala (Sr. Director, APAC Technical Audience Relations) to get their insights on the playbook for this new era.
Q. With ‘Humans & AI Agents’ as the theme, how is Salesforce providing the foundational technology and strategy to scale this human-agent collaboration across the community and the larger ecosystem?
We provide the operating system for this via Agentforce 360. Every agent connects to the same data, governance, and business logic. By treating AI agents as intelligent teammates, we help Trailblazers focus on creative problem-solving while agents handle complex multi-step tasks.
Trailhead and our higher education and workforce development initiatives are equipping thousands of learners with AI fluency, enabling developers to build securely in this new environment. We amplify this across the ecosystem through User Groups, Champions, and Community Conferences, turning Trailblazers into Agentblazers, and creating the playbook for how humans and agents work best together.
Q. What role do community-led events like Delhi Dreamin’ play in shaping Salesforce’s global product roadmap?
India is a massive innovation hub. Seeing how agentic workflows perform at the largest scale is invaluable. Feedback from events like Delhi Dreamin’ helps us refine platform extensibility, helping to ensure that our roadmap meets the real-world needs of developers building modern applications.
Q: India has one of the fastest-growing Trailblazer communities. What trends are you seeing in how professionals here are building AI Fluency to move beyond static roles?
Developers are moving beyond basic configuration to building custom agents. They’re skilling up and taking Agentforce certifications. They are scaling their impact with agents to achieve results faster than ever before.
Q: The Salesforce playbook focuses on the four R’s: Redesign, Reskill, Redeploy, and Rebalance. How are Indian developers using these pillars to ensure AI creates more opportunity than it displaces?
They are rethinking their workflows. Learning to manage agents is a whole new skill and developers are shifting to focus areas like prompt design and data architecture. Agents handle the predictable repetitive work, while developers provide the human touch with creativity, ethical oversight, and emotional intelligence.
Q: What skills should professionals prioritise in 2026 to stay relevant in this AI-driven landscape?
AI fluency is the baseline, but understanding the customer is still the key differentiator. Data architecture and unification is also important. You need to know how to orchestrate multi-agent environments where the goal is reliable, governed execution rather than just individual task completion.
Q: Finally, what makes community-led events like Delhi Dreamin’ so important for the Trailblazers to achieve collective agency?
These events ignite and sustain our community energy. Coordinating agents and humans securely across functions requires collaboration and connection. The Agentblazer community ensures we thrive in the Agentic Enterprise.
The breakthrough of the Agentic Enterprise is about working in ways we could not previously imagine. Delhi Dreamin’ 2026 proved that with AI fluency, technology amplifies developer capabilities. By fostering collaboration and growth through these community-led learning events, we help to ensure that while the platform is global, the roadmap for the AI-Fluent Workforce is being drawn right now, by the Agentblazer community.
