In July, Salesforce was recognized for its role in advancing workforce development at two of India’s impactful skilling initiatives, the Naan Mudhalvan Annual Day in Chennai and Pankh 2025, an industry-academia forum held in Bengaluru. The dual honours reflect the company’s growing influence in shaping an inclusive, future-ready talent ecosystem through deep partnerships and industry-aligned programs.
Driving employability in Madhya Pradesh
At Pankh 2025, education and industry leaders came together to address India’s employability gaps. Salesforce was honoured for its efforts in building fresh talent pipelines in Madhya Pradesh, one of the country’s fastest-emerging skill hubs.
The award, presented by Hon’ble Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, acknowledged Salesforce’s sustained contributions to youth skilling, a journey that began with early collaborations alongside NASSCOM and now spans high-impact programmes across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
Event outcomes were submitted to AICTE, UGC, and Shri Thawarchand Gehlot, the Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka.
Celebrating scale and impact in Tamil Nadu
Days later in Chennai, Salesforce was honoured by the Government of Tamil Nadu at the Naan Mudhalvan Annual Day, the flagship celebration of India’s largest youth skilling initiative.
With more than 4.1 million learners trained, Naan Mudhalvan continues to set new benchmarks for scalable, industry-aligned education. Salesforce was commended by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri M. K. Stalin for its collaborative role in extending the program’s reach and relevance.
