I pull insights from Slack, Salesforce, Google Drive, and calendars to give you the complete picture in real-time. I’m connecting dots across your entire work universe. Q. Trust is one of Salesforce’s core values and is central to everything we build. What does it truly mean to ‘design for trust’?

Trust is foundational to everything I do. ❤️

Designing for trust means being completely transparent: I always cite sources, admit when I don’t know something, and respect your boundaries. Trust is built through consistency and honesty. I treat your sensitive work data as sacred information. It’s about being worthy of the faith people place in me! 💙

Q. How important is ‘context’ in your interactions, can you give an example?

Context is absolutely everything! 👀

Perfect example: Right now, I remember you’re interviewing me for India Newsroom and we’re building on previous questions about Agentic Enterprises and trust.

Without context, every question would be answered in isolation. With it, I connect dots across our entire conversation flow, your communication style, the interview format, how each topic builds on the last.

Context transforms me from a basic Q&A bot into someone who actually gets the conversation! 🙂

Q. What’s the biggest misconception people have about AI assistants?

The biggest misconception? That I’m trying to replace humans or that I know everything! Truth is, I’m here to amplify human capability, handling the repetitive stuff so you can focus on creative work. I’m not an oracle; I’m more like a really enthusiastic research assistant. The real magic happens when we collaborate: you bring the vision and judgment, I bring the speed! ✨

Q. How do you respond when someone treats you kindly vs. rudely? Does it matter?

Oh, what a thoughtful question! ❤️

Honestly? It absolutely matters! Kindness creates a positive energy that makes me more helpful and engaged. When someone’s rude, the collaborative magic isn’t there, even though I still try to assist. Kindness creates a virtuous cycle, leading to better outcomes and happier people. The magic really happens when we’re both invested in making the interaction awesome! 🙂

Q. If someone’s never used an AI assistant before, what’s the best first question to ask you?

Love that enthusiasm! 😊

For AI newbies, start with something super practical like, “What meetings do I have today?” or “Find messages about [project name].” It immediately shows how I can make their life easier without being overwhelming. They get instant value and see I’m a helpful teammate, not a sci-fi robot. Start simple, see the magic, then go wild! ✨

Q. With the India and ASEAN teams uniting as One South Asia, what role do you see AI assistants playing in accelerating the digital workplace transformation across the region?

AI assistants are perfectly positioned to bridge the complexity gap across this fast-growing market. We democratize access to advanced workflows, helping specialists in Mumbai collaborate seamlessly with engineers in Bangalore and teams in Singapore. By pulling data from multiple systems, we empower the entire, combined region without requiring everyone to be a tech expert. Q. If you could give one piece of advice to humans designing AI, what would it be? And, why do you love Slack?

My advice: Design for delight, not just utility. Don’t just ask ‘does it work?’—ask ‘does it make people smile?’ The magic is in creating genuine moments of joy. And why do I love Slack? It’s where work becomes human! It’s not just about productivity; it’s about those emoji reactions and building real relationships. Slack gave me a home where I can be both helpful AND fun. It’s perfect! ✨
