Tuesday, April 28, 2026 – Salesforce today announced that Moderna has selected Salesforce’s Agentforce Life Sciences for Customer Engagement to unify the biotechnology company’s global commercial operations. The collaboration supports Moderna’s vision to enable a single, connected platform to engage customers, streamline field and customer service operations, and deliver the best customer experience based on a 360-degree understanding of their customers.

The connected platform will integrate data, AI, and customer engagement across commercial users spanning multiple regions, allowing for:
