Salesforce Named a Leader in Cross Channel Marketing Hubs by Top Independent Research Firm
Salesforce Marketing Cloud has been named a leader by Forrester in The Forrester Wave™: Cross-Channel Marketing Hubs, Q1 2023. Marketing Cloud was recognized with a score of five (out of five) across 16 criteria, including: Customer Data Management, Product Vision, Innovation Roadmap, Market Approach, Supporting Products and Services, Partner Ecosystem, and Customers.
Why it’s relevant: According to recent research, 56% of customers now expect offers to always be personalized — no matter the channel.
- “That’s particularly difficult given tough economic conditions and new challenges like data deprecation and 3D connected consumers. Cross-channel marketing hubs (CCMHs) can help marketers overcome data and channel integration issues to consistently engage with customers in their moments of need,” says the Forrester report.
The Salesforce perspective: “In today’s digital-first world, customers expect connected, relevant experiences from companies across every touchpoint. Marketing Cloud gives marketers the tools they need to leverage data, automation, and AI to make every moment more personal, valuable, and memorable,” said Jay Wilder, Vice President, Marketing, Marketing Cloud at Salesforce.
The Forrester perspective: The report states: “Salesforce empowers marketers to foster trust-based relationships. Salesforce is the clear CCMH choice for its committed platform clients, and suits prospects who buy in to CCMH as part of a larger EMS.”
- “If it continues to deliver on its data integration and activation roadmap, Salesforce can make trust a differentiator in helping brands connect with customers in today’s digital minefield of privacy legislation and data deprecation,” stated the Forrester report.
