- Expanded Partnership with OpenAI: This first-of-its-kind partnership will let companies access Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 Platform in ChatGPT – querying sales records, reviewing customer conversations, or building Tableau visualizations, simply by typing a query into ChatGPT. They can also use OpenAI’s latest frontier models, including GPT-5, to build AI agents and prompts within Agentforce 360. - 2 Million Support Requests on Salesforce Help: In November, Salesforce announced that Agentforce had handled over 2 million support requests on its own Help site since launching in October 2024. Agentforce on Help has significantly reduced costly human escalations and improved response time, and it now supports seven languages.
- Internal Agentforce Use Cases: As Customer Zero, Salesforce builds its experience into Agentforce to deliver measurable ROI and make deployment as easy as possible. Salesforce’s SDR Agent has scaled the sales team’s reach dramatically, with AI agents generating 800,000 leads in just three weeks. Agentforce in Slack has increased employee productivity and is on its way to saving 500,000 hours annually across the business.

- Salesforce Ventures: Salesforce Ventures has deployed over $850 million of its $1 billion AI fund to support the next generation of enterprise AI companies. To date, the fund has invested in 35 AI-first companies – including Anthropic (Series F), Crusoe (Series E), Dyna Robotics (Series A), Vercel (Series F), and more – securing its position as a leading VC in the enterprise AI landscape.
- Mexico: Salesforce announced plans to invest $1 billion in its Mexico operations over the next five years, reinforcing Salesforce’s commitment to the economic and social development of Mexico. The investment will be used to operate a new cutting-edge office, support regional customers through a Global Delivery Center (GDC), hire top talent, and invest in workforce development and AI training.
- United Kingdom: Salesforce announced plans to invest $6 billion in its U.K. business through 2030, helping U.K. and European companies transform into Agentic Enterprises. This new investment will increase access to AI training and provide £1 million for a U.K.-based Salesforce Accelerator – an initiative designed to help nonprofits harness Agentforce. Additionally, Salesforce Ventures has already invested over $200 million in U.K. companies, including ElevenLabs, Climate X, and Covecta.
- San Francisco: Salesforce announced plans to invest $15 billion in San Francisco over the next five years, reinforcing San Francisco’s status as the world’s AI capital. The investment will support a new AI Incubator Hub on the Salesforce San Francisco campus, grow the local AI ecosystem by investing in workforce development and training initiatives, and help companies transform into Agentic Enterprises.
- Bay Area Healthcare and Education: Marc and Lynne Benioff announced a $100 million gift to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals to expand world-class pediatric care. In addition, Salesforce announced $39 million in new support to public schools, education nonprofits, and local children’s hospitals – bringing the combined contributions of Salesforce and the Benioffs to the Bay Area to more than $1 billion.
- Saudi Arabia: Salesforce announced steps to advance its long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation and economic diversification goals under the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. This includes the establishment of a regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia and the upcoming opening of its new Riyadh office, a landmark Innovation Day showcasing local customers driving measurable impact with agentic AI, and a new university partnership aimed at providing AI education for Saudi citizens and increasing women’s workforce participation.

- Regrello: Salesforce completed its acquisition of Regrello, an AI-native solution that automates complex business processes, on October 1, 2025. By integrating Regrello with Agentforce, Slack, and the Salesforce Platform, Salesforce is helping customers transform manual, inefficient activities into agentic automations that increase the velocity and quality of critical business processes. This is a key step toward realizing the vision of an Agentic Enterprise, where people and AI achieve more together.
- Apromore: Salesforce completed its acquisition of Apromore, a leading provider of process intelligence software that helps organizations discover, simulate, and optimize business processes, on November 3, 2025. The acquisition of Apromore is further accelerating Salesforce’s agentic process automation vision, with Apromore providing a full spectrum of process intelligence capabilities that complements Regrello in creating and deploying agile, agentic workflows.
- Informatica: Salesforce completed its acquisition of Informatica, a leader in enterprise AI-powered cloud data management, on November 18, 2025. The close of the acquisition brings Informatica’s rich data catalog, integration, governance, quality and privacy, metadata management, and Master Data Management (MDM) services to the Salesforce Platform, establishing a unified and comprehensive data foundation for agentic AI – and enabling AI agents to operate safely, responsibly, and at scale across the modern enterprise.
- Spindle AI: Salesforce completed its acquisition of Spindle AI, a leading agentic analytics platform, on November 21, 2025. Spindle AI’s proven expertise in multi-agent analytics and machine learning will guide the augmentation of the Agent Observability and Self-Improvement pillar of Agentforce 360, accelerating the roadmap for custom agentic analytics, ROI forecasting, and continuous optimization.
- Doti: Salesforce completed its acquisition of Doti, an agentic enterprise search company, on December 1, 2025. The acquisition brings Doti’s world-class talent to Salesforce, accelerating the development of a unified, agentic search layer across Salesforce, with Slack as the conversational interface.
