- Salesforce recently announced several new innovations at Dreamforce, including Guided Shopping Agent, Zero Copy Data Access, Agentic Order Routing, Agentic Boost & Bury, and Customizable Storefront Components.
- Salesforce also announced support for the Agentic Commerce Protocol alongside Stripe and OpenAI. This will allow digital retailers on Agentforce Commerce to surface their product catalog to consumers in ChatGPT for Instant Checkout.
