Salesforce co-CEO Keith Block Discusses Digital Transformation, Q3 Results with CNBC’s Jim Cramer

Salesforce co-CEO Keith Block discussed the wave of digital transformation impacting companies across every industry and geography, and the need for a 360-degree view of every customer, in an interview with Jim Cramer on CNBC’s “Mad Money” following Tuesday’s release of Q3 FY 2020 fiscal results.

Block discussed the innovation that Salesforce showcased at Dreamforce 2019, including Einstein Voice and Customer 360 Truth. “At the end of the day, all this innovation, it’s coming from our customers,” Block said.

Salesforce announced Q3 FY20 revenue of $4.5 billion, up 33% year-over-year (34% in constant currency). “We had strong growth across our clouds and regions in the quarter as more companies turn to Salesforce as a trusted advisor in their digital transformations,” Block noted. The company trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CRM.
