  • Luxury fashion retailer Brown Thomas is using Salesforce to create personalised customer experiences that enhance loyalty. Commerce Cloud provides journeys that are consistent and engaging across digital channels, and gives teams real-time visibility of online transactions and products across its warehouse and stores. Marketing Cloud is transforming key stages in the customer relationship, such as order updates and wishlist reminders. All of this is enabling Brown Thomas to efficiently expand its operations and pursue new growth opportunities.
  • Cloud-based account software company AccountsIQ is using Salesforce to scale its customer service and onboarding as its business grows at pace. Service Cloud will be equipping its service agents with AI to enhance self-service and knowledge, increasing productivity across teams.
