Salesforce today announced it has been named a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” by global inclusion and equality organization Disability:IN and the American Association of People with Disabilities.
To make the “Best Places to Work” list, companies must earn a score of at least 80 on the Disability Equality Index (DEI®), a comprehensive benchmarking tool that scores companies on a scale of zero to 100, helping them build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions that they can take to achieve disability, inclusion, and equality. For the fourth year in a row, in 2022, Salesforce earned the top score of 100.
“This recognition is a chance to celebrate and acknowledge Salesforce’s culture of inclusion. However, we know the work is never done to create a fair, equitable, and inclusive workplace for all,” said Catherine Nichols, VP, Office of Accessibility, Salesforce. “This extends to how we think about our products, events, and experiences as we continue toward our goal to be Accessibility Trailblazers.”
