Salesforce.com Unveils Dreamforce 2008, the Cloud Computing Event of the Year
Executives from industry leaders Dell, Facebook and Google to keynote
Thousands of attendees will participate in more than 300 expert-led sessions
Dreamforce 2008 is focused on generating developer, partner and customer success with Salesforce CRM applications and the Force.com platform. Dreamforce 2008 will enable attendees to get the most from their current deployments and explore new offerings across the Salesforce CRM applications including Salesforce CRM knowledge base and Salesforce CRM Ideas. In addition, IT departments and developers can learn how to utilize the Force.com Platform to build entirely new applications and deliver them to market quickly and easily via the Force.com AppExchange. Attendees will meet with salesforce.com product teams, expert customer and partner users, get hands-on training, and learn best practices and strategies for generating SaaS and PaaS success.
Monday Keynote
Dreamforce 2008 kicks off Monday, November 3rd with exciting demonstrations of the latest SaaS and PaaS innovations from salesforce.com. Marc Benioff, chairman and CEO of salesforce.com, will be joined by industry leader Sheryl Sandberg of Facebook and artist Neil Young to showcase where the future of the technology industry is headed.

Tuesday Keynotes
On Tuesday, November 4th, Michael Dell, Chairman and CEO of Dell, and members of his executive team, along with Dave Girouard, president of Enterprise, Google, will join salesforce.com on stage for the morning keynote, while Malcolm Gladwell, author of The Tipping Point and Google.org executive director Dr. Larry Brilliant, will deliver talks on innovation and social responsibility in the afternoon.
3rd Annual Appy Awards
Join Marc Benioff and other industry leaders for the 3rd annual Appy Awards on Tuesday November 4th, as salesforce.com recognizes the customers, partners, and developers who have generated success with Salesforce CRM applications and built and delivered some of the most powerful applications on the Force.com platform today. With hundreds of applications currently available on the Force.com AppExchange, the competition is sure to be stiff.
Partner Summit
Programmed to inspire and educate partners about achieving success in cloud computing with the Force.com platform, the salesforce.com Partner Summit is free for all Dreamforce 2008 partner attendees. The salesforce.com Partner Summit will be happening on Wednesday, November 5th, and will feature specialized tracks for both business and technical audiences to educate partners on how to develop and grow a successful SaaS business.
