Phil Cleary is a Senior Director and Sales Leadership Excellence Coach at Salesforce ANZ, with nearly two decades of experience in sales enablement. Originally from Ireland, Phil joined Salesforce in Dublin’s early days before relocating to Sydney in 2011 to establish the Sales Enablement function across APAC. He has worked across the full arc of the discipline, from designing frontline training to coaching executive leaders. Phil also serves as Chair of the Sydney chapter of the Revenue Enablement Society and President of Abilityforce ANZ.

He is likely coaching leaders, facilitating leadership programs or connecting with the global revenue enablement community. A dedicated advocate for disability inclusion, Phil also volunteers with Sydney’s Irish Support Agency, where he finds inspiration in the resilience and origin stories of the Irish senior community.
