My Background

Rachael Powell is Chief Customer Officer at Xero, with responsibility for global sales, marketing, communications and customer functions. She has previously held leadership positions in marketing, sales and HR, predominantly in digital and technology companies. A strong believer that customer experience must resonate from the inside of an organisation, Powell advocates for positive engagement programs that mobilise business strategy at scale.
