Salesforce Is Live On AWS Cloud Infrastructure In Australia

To support our growth and the growth of our customers, we're proud to announce that today we're live on the AWS Sydney Region.

Testament to our passion for growth and innovation, we’re excited to announce that as of today we are live on Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud Infrastructure in Australia. Our customers in Australia can now access the Salesforce Intelligent Customer Success Platform – including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Community Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and more – on the AWS Sydney Region.

This comes off the back of the strategic global alliance that Salesforce formed with AWS last year — we selected the sophisticated, robust and industry-leading public cloud infrastructure provider as our preferred partner.

By leveraging the AWS Sydney Region we will be able to focus on two key customer commitments. We will be able to deliver you the most trusted, reliable and resilient service available, while bringing new infrastructure online quickly and efficiently.

The APAC region is an incredibly important market for Salesforce, and one of the fastest growing for the company. This growth is driven by the rapid pace of digital transformation, the growing importance in customer-centricity and the widespread shift to cloud computing.

And, after today, we’re even more excited to partner with our Australian customers and support your needs as you scale, grow and transform your businesses, in the pursuit of customer success.

Find out more about what this change means for Salesforce customers in the APAC region.
