Celebrating 1 Year of Agentblazer Innovation and Collaboration

Celebrating 1 Year of the Agentblazer Community

A reflection on the first year of the Agentblazer Community on Slack and its value for a global community of more than 110,000 people.

The Agentblazer Community team is honored and excited to celebrate this milestone with community members from around the world. We’re excited to reflect on our first year together with our Agentblazer Community.

The Start of a Movement

For the last 20 years, Trailblazers, customers and partners who have built their careers on the Salesforce platform have found support and camaraderie through the Salesforce community.

And when Agentforce officially launched at Dreamforce 2024, community came to the forefront once again, and the Agentblazer movement took off. An Agentblazer is someone with a strategic mindset, excited to harness the power of agentic AI to redefine what’s possible at their organizations. Since launching the Agentblazer Community, Agentblazers have found a space where they can learn, get help, celebrate successes, and connect with their peers.

In less than a year of the Agentblazer Community on Slack launching, we’ve experienced rapid growth from 0 to more than 110,000 members from more than 100 countries. The Slack workspace makes it easy for members around the world to connect, and gives them direct access to the latest Salesforce innovations like Slackbot, and the translation feature with Slack AI. As community managers and power users, Slack makes it easy for us to spin up new experiences quickly for our Agentblazers.

As Joey Monroe, a Senior Consultant at BlueGator, said, “The best resource of the Agentblazer Community are the members of it. Seeing varied stories, backgrounds, and the diversity of thought that goes into building something around Agentforce, together.”

Our members choose to join the Agentblazer Community to make it a valuable, dynamic space for everyone, and we look forward to standing by your side and supporting you as you continue to build your careers and help your organizations become leaders in the AI era.

Supporting Agentblazers Globally

Our global members continue to inspire innovative, valuable, and inclusive experiences. This year, our members’ passion for learning drove us to host eight Ask Me Anythings (AMAs) on topics like the new Agentforce Builder with Agent Script and Agentforce Observability, giving everyone an equal opportunity to submit questions and learn directly from our experts. You can read them all in the #community-ama channel in the Agentblazer Community on Slack.

To support Agentblazers on your journey, the #ask-an-agentblazer channel was launched for members to ask questions on everything from Agentforce deployments to ones about the Agentblazer Statuses on Trailhead. Over the last year, it’s been exciting to see members develop their skills and help fellow Agentblazers with their questions, building their confidence and demonstrating their knowledge with Agentforce.

“I found that answering other people’s questions is the best way for me to learn,” shared Chris Emmett, a Solution Architect at Capgemini, in their Agentblazer Story. “If someone has a problem and I don’t know how to fix it, I go figure it out. It proves to me, and everyone else, that I know what I’m talking about.”

The feedback from Agentblazers was that they wanted release notes delivered quickly and clearly to them. With Agentforce rolling out new features fast to support customers and partners, the community team built a process and opened a channel for the latest release notes to be shared with Agentblazers in a timely, concise manner.

“The Broadcast Agentforce Release Notes channel is my TOP GO-TO resource that I need to keep myself up-to-date with the latest Agentforce innovations! Thank you for this amazing resource!” shared Shreeya Rashinkar, Global Head of Salesforce Solutions and Presales at Tech Mahindra. It has been great to see this purpose-driven channel bring value to Shreeya and others in the community.

Cecilia Chiderski (CC), a Solution Architect at CLD Partners, reflected on the community in their Agentblazer Story. “I think the #agent-showcase channel really gets people to think,” said CC. “Maybe it’s not the use case that will resonate with them, but the fact that you see something being used in a different way may inspire someone to build a solution differently. By showing people that you can go from Slack to Salesforce and start a Flow—it gets people to really think.”

This comment from CC truly captured the intended spirit of the #agent-showcase channel. The channel has become a source of education and inspiration, where Agentblazers share projects in production, proofs of concept, and hackathon solutions, helping everyone learn and grow together.

Our community thrives on connection and learning. That is why we celebrate and share Agentblazers’ stories and insights. These efforts in education and connection led to memorable moments at Dreamforce 2025.

Celebrating Agentblazer Success

At Dreamforce 2025, the Agentblazer Community showed up in a big way. Agentblazers came together for member-led sessions, like Architecting Agentforce: The 5 Design Pillars to AI Success, networking opportunities, and the Agentforce Keynote.

At the keynote, Ryan Schellack, Senior Director of Product Marketing at Salesforce, interviewed Joey Monroe about his Agentforce journey. After the interview, Joey was celebrated on stage with the first-ever Agentblazer Golden Hoodie.

Reflecting on that moment, Joey shared in his Agentblazer Story, “I don’t really think of awards or acknowledgments when I’m doing things; my focus is always on my team, my client, and giving back to the Salesforce Community. Being featured and being told that I have something to say was really impactful. I love the recognition for all the hard work, but my primary focus will always be giving back to people wherever I can.”

Looking back, the opportunity to share the stories and learnings from Agentblazers like Joey through our Agentblazer Story program has been one of the most fun, engaging, and rewarding parts of building the community this past year. We celebrated Agentblazers from around the world like Jonathan Fox, Shreeya Rashinkar, and Nicole Pomponio

What’s Ahead

We’re excited to continue this journey in our second year, creating moments to celebrate Agentblazers and sharing opportunities to help them learn, connect, and build reliable and impactful Agentforce solutions to fuel the Agentic Enterprise revolution.

Thank you to each and every one of our Agentblazers!
