Adam Alfano

I joined Salesforce in 2008 after being referred by a friend, starting out selling to small businesses. After completing a finance degree, I initially worked in the metals and steel industry while pursuing music before finding my way to Salesforce's growing Toronto hub. Over 17+ years, I've worked my way up through numerous roles, including founding and leading the manufacturing vertical.

I now lead a multi-billion-dollar business at Salesforce spanning SMB and emerging products, with deep focus on how AI agents change the way sales organizations operate. I've seen firsthand how putting AI agents on top of CRM can transform usage and productivity across a large-scale sales organization.

Music has always been a passion of mine — before Salesforce, I balanced a career in the metals industry with pursuing it seriously.
