Andre Robitaille

I am a Director, Forward Deployed Engineering at Salesforce, based in San Francisco, California. My journey at Salesforce started in 2010 as a sales intern and from there I led major initiatives, including transforming the help.salesforce.com before moving into customer facing roles where I served as an architect and engineer across many of our offerings. Currently I lead a team of high performing Forward Deployed Engineers who enable customers to become Agentic Enterprises.

Having spent 15 years in the Salesforce ecosystem across many industries and domains I come with both hands-on experience and strategic consulting practice. I have worked as an architect for Sales, Service, AI, Analytics, Data Cloud and most recently Agentforce, partnering with major enterprise customers to deliver success. My deep interest at the intersection of technology and business has provided me with a unique perspective on customer success.

I am a proud husband and father of two. My greatest satisfaction comes from spending time and traveling with my family. We are typically out of the house enjoying the beach, hiking or exploring the city together. When I am not with family and friends I can usually be found playing soccer somewhere in San Francisco.
