Arvind Palaniswamy
I'm a Software Engineering Architect with over two decades of experience in software, having spent my career architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise transformations across insurance, financial services, telecom, and SaaS. The throughline has always been the same: turning complex technology into outcomes that move the business forward and bringing people along for the ride.
My work covers enterprise and solution architecture, CRM strategy, cloud transformation, data strategy, and AI-driven innovation. I focus on building the architecture for agentic systems, customer platforms, and the integration patterns that connect today’s businesses. An MBA from Kellogg sharpened my ability to connect technical work to the business outcomes it supports. What excites me most is making architecture practical by turning patterns, blueprints, and decisions into solutions teams can deliver.
I tinker, talk, and blog about agents, architecture, and customer experience, focusing on the lessons that come up when theory meets real life. I believe in second-order thinking: every new solution creates a future problem, so the aim is to make sure the next problem is a better one. Outside of work and writing, I’m always learning, and I’m a dad who sometimes gets stumped by the puzzles my kid makes at home.
