I have a passion for leading support teams that put customers first. No one wakes up hoping they get to work with technical support so we want to make that interaction positive and valuable; what we like to call Art of Service. We handle millions of cases per year for our customers and each interaction is an opportunity to remind our customers that Salesforce values our customers’ success.
It’s all about family and experiences. As cliché as that is, I find fulfillment in building and deepening relationships while collecting memories through experiences. Therefore, I love traveling, sharing meals with friends/family, and researching the next experience.
