Sravan leads the architecture and delivery of high-impact, enterprise-scale integrations, APIs and AI automation solutions at Salesforce. Over his 16+-year career in software engineering, he has specialized in harnessing AI, cloud platforms, and event-driven architectures (particularly through MuleSoft and Agentforce) to drive operational excellence, innovation, and developer productivity across global systems.
My expertise
In his current role, Sravan spearheads the development of intelligent agents and composable integration platforms, MuleSoft API and Integrations that help Salesforce scale rapidly and reliably. His projects include the widely recognized “OpsAI Agent,” which uses Agentforce, Data Cloud and Slack to automate incident resolution and enable self-healing operational pipelines. His latest work—an AI-powered Scheduler Dashboard for MuleSoft and real-time API status portals—has been published as first-author blogs and featured on MuleSoft’s official LinkedIn channel (≈300 K followers).

In his free time, Sravan enjoys mentoring rising engineers, exploring generative AI applications in enterprise integrations, and playing badminton.
Outside Salesforce, Sravan is an active thought-leader in the engineering community: He is a published author at MuleSoft’s official blog with multiple posts on AI-driven DevOps and Solutions, integration patterns, best practices and thought processes. Education
Sravan earned his Bachelor of Technology in IT from VIT University • Vellore • where he graduated as the Gold Medalist and was honoured as Best Outgoing Student. He is also a IEEE Senior Member • reflecting his sustained contributions and leadership in technology.
