Victoria Khanchevska

I’m a Salesforce Certified Application Architect with bachelor's and master's degrees in Software Engineering. Over 8 years in the Salesforce ecosystem, I've grown from trainee to technical lead and architect. I moved into architecture because I wanted to shape decisions before they became problems, and to share what I learn along the way.

My core expertise spans AgentExchange packages, Experience Cloud, and integrations. I've designed packaged solutions adopted by dozens of clients and built portals serving hundreds of users, projects where scale and architecture quality aren't optional. I bring the same depth to every engagement, whether it's a complex data model, a multi-org integration, or a product built to last. I also teach Salesforce courses and mentor aspiring architects, because sharing knowledge is as much a part of my practice as designing solutions.

You'll find me exploring new places, picking up new hobbies, and spending time with the people who matter most. I find that the best ideas often come from the moments furthest from a screen.
