The Path to Gender Equality
According to the World Economic Forum, at the current rate, the Global Gender Gap will take 108 years to close. Head to Moscone West on Wednesday to hear from cultural icons as they discuss Gender Equality in the #MeToo Era, using their platform to advocate for change and accelerating the path to parity. This session includes an award-winning journalist who will share her personal story and important lessons on how we can all do more to create a more equal world.
Representation Matters
We recognize that in the U.S., Black and Latinx communities remain largely underrepresented in the tech industry and business leadership at large. This is a moment to elevate leaders of color who have blazed a trail in their fields and are standing up for racial equality. Hear how our guests ascended to become executives at today’s top companies, what it feels like to build a path for their communities, and steps we can all take to increase representation at all levels of our businesses.
CEOs Advocating for Equality

Equality Keynote: From Athlete to Advocate with World Champions Megan Rapinoe
Athletes have become some of today’s biggest equality champions. These cultural icons are changing what the world believes is possible for their communities by breaking new ground and using their platforms to stand up for equality. Hear from Megan Rapinoe, the U.S. women’s soccer team captain, on using the victory seen around the world to raise awareness around equal pay.
