Rahul Tandon

Renowned energy industry professional, Rahul Tandon is currently the head of BPCL’s Gas Marketing and also holds a Board Position at BPCL's JV - GNGPL. With 25 years of professional experience at BPCL, his career extends over several verticals in the Company where he worked his way up from an entry level position, to leading the retail business of one of the largest states in India, to head of BPCL’s digital revolution. He has also handled portfolios such as Corporate strategy, LPG Marketing and being part of the set-up of the C&MD of BPCL. Rahul specialises in transforming end-customer experiences which has led to his current position where he heads BPCL’s Gas Marketing to help the company move towards Net Zero. He is widely regarded as the go-to source on customer engagement and retention. His journey to leadership positions has been fuelled by his dynamism and unrelenting passion which is evident in his achievements and rise to leadership.
