When the world’s largest AI event returned to San Francisco, the energy was not just about technology but about connection. Dreamforce 2025 unfolded from October 14 to 16, bringing together thousands of Trailblazers, customers, and innovators to explore how AI, data, and trust are shaping a new era of customer success.

Dreamforce opened with a powerful vision for the future of business. In the Main Keynote, Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff introduced the Agentic Enterprise, a new era where humans and AI agents work together to drive customer success. The launch of Agentforce 360 brought that idea to life, showing how integrated AI can elevate productivity, connection, and trust. Across the Campground and Agentforce City, immersive sessions and hands-on experiences turned this vision into a tangible, innovation-filled reality.

Across keynotes, product showcases, and Trailblazer stories, one theme stood out: the power of ideas that bridge innovation and purpose. From new advances in Agentforce and Data Cloud to inspiring examples of purpose-led transformation, Dreamforce 2025 offered a glimpse into how the future of work, service, and innovation is being rewritten.

Dreamforce 2025 also welcomed a mix of customers, prospects and partners from India, representing a diverse mix of industries and enterprises. Their presence reflected the region’s growing leadership in digital transformation and the strong momentum behind trusted, AI-powered innovation.

The global mandate: Pairing AI speed with strategy

This year’s focus on AI and intelligent automation reflected a defining moment for enterprises everywhere. Attendees explored how AI can augment human capability, simplify workflows, and build deeper trust with customers.

The conversations deepened in sessions such as the Data Cloud Keynote, which demonstrated how unified data powers Customer 360 and real-time insights, and the Slack Keynote, where leaders reimagined work for the agentic era through automation and collaboration.

The themes of responsible AI and trusted automation echoed strongly with business leaders across South Asia. As the region continues to advance its digital economy, these ideas are finding practical expression in how organisations build for both scale and inclusion.

The next decade will belong to those who can pair technology with empathy and inclusion, ensuring that humans and AI agents work together to drive customer success and create new opportunities.

“The conversation has shifted from ‘if’ to ‘how’ we use AI responsibly. This region’s opportunity lies in turning intelligent automation into a force that enhances jobs, not replaces them,” said Arundhati Bhattacharya, President & CEO at Salesforce, South Asia “The next decade will belong to those who can pair technology with empathy and inclusion, ensuring that humans and AI agents work together to drive customer success and create new opportunities.”

“Every company wants to move fast on AI. The real transformation happens when we pair speed with strategy, starting small, learning fast, and scaling responsibly,” Arun Kumar Parameswaran, EVP & Managing Director – South Asia, Sales & Distribution, Salesforce. “What we are seeing in this region is a new level of pragmatism, as businesses look for AI that delivers measurable value from day one, empowering every business to become an agentic enterprise.”

Building a connected world, together

Dreamforce has always been more than an event. It is a movement. In 2025, it reaffirmed that innovation and inclusion travel together, crossing geographies and industries to build a more connected world.

As the dialogue continues, this region’s role in this story, as a builder, a learner, and a changemaker, remains central to the spirit of Salesforce’s global community.
