Sydney, Australia — October 17, 2017 — Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the global leader in CRM, today announced that it is now live on Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud infrastructure in Australia. As part of its strategic partnership with AWS, customers in Australia can access the Salesforce Customer Success Platform—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, Community Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and more—on the AWS Sydney Region.

AWS and Salesforce’s Global Strategic Alliance
AWS and Salesforce formed a strategic alliance to simplify and expand how customers capture, analyze and take action on data, delivering five service integrations for mutual customers. Additionally, as part of the alliance, Salesforce selected AWS as its preferred public cloud infrastructure provider. In addition to Australia, Salesforce is also leveraging AWS infrastructure to support its growing customer base in Canada, as part of its international infrastructure expansion.
