Salesforce and Entre Ríos Sign Argentina’s First Provincial Collaboration Agreement to Advance AI Initiatives for Government, SMEs, and Citizens 

The MoU establishes three strategic pillars: digital transformation of the provincial state using AI agents, support for SMEs and entrepreneurs, and AI skills training for public officials and citizens.

The agreement signals a new phase of Salesforce’s collaboration with Argentina’s provincial governments, to make the benefits of AI accessible at every level of government across the country.

PARANÁ, Entre Ríos, July 15, 2026 — Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the #1 AI CRM, and the government of the province of Entre Ríos signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today. The MoU establishes a strategic collaboration framework to explore and drive joint initiatives that promote the economic, social, and technological development of the province.

The agreement was signed by Alejandro Anderlic, Director of Government and External Affairs for Latin America at Salesforce, and Rogelio Frigerio, Governor of Entre Ríos. Also present were Emanuel Gainza, Secretary of Modernization, Science, Technology, and Innovation of the province; Marcelo Guajardo, Manager of Government Affairs and Public Policy for Southern Cone (Argentina and Chile) at Salesforce; Sebastián Maffeo, Regional VP for the Public Sector at Salesforce; and Carlos Pallotti, Director of MiradorTEC.

Within the framework of this collaboration, Salesforce will contribute its global leadership and expertise in artificial intelligence, autonomous agents, and digital talent development to support and strengthen Entre Ríos’ transformation agenda.

The agreement builds on the Salesforce’s existing work in Argentina to promote the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. Following the MoU signed with the national government during Argentina Week 2026 and the publication of the first federal study on AI use across Argentine provinces, alongside the Center for the Implementation of Public Policies Promoting Equity and Growth (CIPPEC), Entre Ríos is now the first Argentine province to translate that work into a concrete action agenda.

The collaboration is structured around three strategic pillars:

• Digital transformation of the provincial state. The agreement supports Entre Ríos’ existing modernization agenda, using AI agents to improve the efficiency of public services and the experience of citizens when interacting with the government. 
• Support for the productive sector. The MoU includes targeted initiatives to help local SMEs and entrepreneurs adopt digital tools and strengthen their competitiveness.
• AI skills training. Salesforce will provide access to Trailhead, its online learning platform, to help public officials and citizens in Entre Ríos build practical AI skills.
