UK Gender Pay Gap Report 2023

Salesforce has published findings of its 2023 UK Gender Pay Report, based on the criteria established by the UK government. The results, which measure the average difference in pay between men and women, show that we continue to make progress, including on gender representation and in the percentage of women receiving bonus pay. In order to accelerate our progress, we continue to invest in new programs and make strategic investments, including:

  • The appointment of a VP of Equality Strategy in EMEA and a dedicated UK Equality Partner.
  • Introduced a new multi-year gender goal to reach 40% women-identifying and non-binary employees globally by the end of 2026.
  • Tailoring and expanding our global enablement for the UK, including Inclusive Language and Leadership principles.
  • Linking executive compensation to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, including representation.
  • Through our leadership development programs, we continue to offer coaching, peer learning, networking, sponsorship, and leadership opportunities to hundreds of underrepresented employees in multiple regions, including EMEA.

Equality is a core value at Salesforce, and one of the most powerful examples of this is our ongoing commitment to equal pay and pay fairness. In 2015, we were one of the first companies to evaluate whether there were any gaps in pay among our global workforce, and we continue to evaluate pay — including bonuses and stock — on an ongoing basis.
