LONDON, 20 May 2026 – Salesforce, the world’s #1 AI CRM, today announced the creation of an expanded London Campus, relocating its flagship AI Centre to Devonshire Square in the City of London. Situated directly alongside Salesforce Tower, the two sites together form a dedicated hub for AI innovation, learning, and collaboration in the heart of the capital.
Part of Salesforce’s $6bn five-year commitment to the UK, the Campus marks a significant investment in AI innovation, talent, and customer success. The AI Centre relocates from its original home in London’s Blue Fin Building, to join Salesforce Tower — the headquarters of Salesforce’s UK operations. Together, they create a connected campus where Salesforce will work directly with enterprises, start-ups, and the public sector to drive AI adoption across the UK.
The announcement was made at the official opening of the new AI Centre today. Attendees included senior Government officials, the Lady Mayor of the City of London, customers, partners, and community organisations, including schools whose students took part in workshops to develop AI skills.
By bringing the AI Centre and Salesforce Tower together as a connected Campus, we have created a place where businesses, communities, and future talent can experience that transformation first-hand — and build the skills and confidence to lead it.
Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE, CEO, Salesforce UKI
Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE, CEO, Salesforce UKI, said: “Agentic AI has moved beyond pilots to large-scale deployment, where entire ecosystems of agents are transforming every function of business. By bringing the AI Centre and Salesforce Tower together as a connected Campus, we have created a place where businesses, communities, and future talent can experience that transformation first-hand — and build the skills and confidence to lead it.”
“The UK has the talent and ambition to lead the world in agentic AI. Together, we can define a new era where every worker is equipped to harness it. With the expertise of our people, the growing capabilities of our technology, and the reach of our ecosystem, we can ensure that everyone has the opportunity to thrive in an AI-driven economy.”
AI has vast potential to improve lives and grow the UK’s prosperity. Widespread adoption is vital to ensure that everyone can benefit from this, not just a select few.
Technology Secretary Liz Kendall
Technology Secretary Liz Kendall said: “AI has vast potential to improve lives and grow the UK’s prosperity. Widespread adoption is vital to ensure that everyone can benefit from this, not just a select few.
“Innovative firms like Salesforce have a big role to play in equipping British businesses, public services, and the next generation of workers with the tools and skills they need to grasp the opportunities before us. This investment in their new London AI Campus will only bolster those efforts.”
Expanded Campus Offers Immersive AI Experiences
The new AI Centre at Devonshire Square builds on the vision of Salesforce’s first-ever AI Centre, opened in 2024 to foster collaboration and upskilling. Now expanded and relocated to the heart of the City of London, the Centre features a learning lab, collaboration zones, and immersive AI theatre, offering hands-on experience of the latest AI technologies — including interactive demonstrations of AI agents solving real business challenges. The Centre is set to welcome over 5,000 visitors this year.
The space is open to Salesforce Ventures portfolio companies, offering a new hub to collaborate across the UK’s broader AI ecosystem. Salesforce Ventures has invested over $250 million in UK-based AI companies, including AutoGenAI, an AI-powered proposal writing platform; Covecta, an agentic AI company deploying purpose-built agents and search capabilities for the financial services sector; and ElevenLabs, the AI voice technology company. Salesforce Ventures remains actively committed to identifying and supporting the next generation of UK AI innovators.
Alongside its investment in the UK’s AI ecosystem, Salesforce is committed to supporting UK organisations to prepare their workforce with the skills and confidence they need to drive business impact in the agentic era. Salesforce’s Future Trailblazers initiative, an employee-led programme delivering AI literacy education to students across the UK and Ireland, will contribute to the UK Government’s goal of upskilling 7.5 million workers by 2030.
The future of the UK economy will be built on the shoulders of the next generation, and we must ensure young people have the skills to thrive in it.

Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE, CEO, Salesforce UKI, said: “The future of the UK economy will be built on the shoulders of the next generation, and we must ensure young people have the skills to thrive in it. Through our new Future Trailblazers initiative, I have called on every Salesforce UK employee to deliver hands-on AI training sessions in schools—because real change happens when business shows up for its communities.”
Relina Bulchandani, Executive Vice President, Real Estate and Workplace Services, Salesforce, said: “We designed this campus to be a catalyst for innovation, showing what becomes possible when humans and AI agents work together. Every element of the new space, from the immersive experiences to the collaboration zones, is anchored in giving anyone who walks through our doors the confidence and capability to put agentic AI to work.”
Lady Mayor of the City of London, Dame Susan Langley DBE, said: “London’s greatest asset has always been its people, and this campus is a direct investment in equipping them for the economy ahead. We warmly welcome Salesforce’s investment in the heart of the City as a valued resource for London’s communities, its workforce, and the next generation of talent. The organisations and people who come through its doors will help define how AI shapes our economy and our city for decades to come.”
UK AI Adoption Across Enterprise and Public Services
The UK ranks third globally for AI readiness, and Salesforce is helping to power that momentum with Agentforce — Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, now deployed by more than 23,000 customers globally, including Heathrow Airport and the National Trust.
In the public sector, AI agent Bobbi, built on Agentforce and deployed by Thames Valley and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Police, handles over 200 nonemergency conversations per day, resolving 75% of them autonomously. NHS Shared Business Services has reduced case resolution times from five days to just 24 hours using an AI-powered help centre built on Agentforce.
